Alan Astoria BV has developed into an innovative and growing platform where employees can teach the trade to people who currently have a great distance to the Dutch labor market. By involving these people in their daily work, providing them with the right training and teaching them to participate in their daily work, Alan Astoria BV ensures that the aforementioned distance to the labor market decreases and even disappears. In this way, we ensure that these people can once again stand vital and strong in life. We do this through a work-study program, personal attention and customized guidance and by offering a job guarantee.

We develop and further develop and facilitate small companies to join forces and benefit from each other's strengths. We offer a platform where small companies can easily find each other and function as a chain. A&A offers a platform where people can find workers. A&A offers and facilitates professionals that you do not have yourself, for example in a field that does not belong to your core activities but does need extra support during your work. In addition, temporary employees are offered in short or long-term permanent employment or on a secondment basis.
